Innosys designs and produces special test equipments for non-standard experiments according to demand of petroleum and natural gas laboratories. These activities start with preparation of PID diagrams, continuous with electronic mechanical design and production, ends with test and training of system. Standard products are; high pressure methane hydrate test cells, acid transfer cells, high pressure test cells with mixers, high-low pressure Ø1,5” Hassler type metal-plastic core holders, gas-liquid permeability measurement devices and modified Fischer Assay devices sales.

 

We provide full service for customized test devices in oil, gas and chemical bench scale testing; starting from preparation of the PFD, PID, electronic/mechanical design, production and ending with commissioning. High Pressure Methane Hydrate Test Unit

Reactor used for high pressure methane hydrate production and decomposition tests. Specifications are listed below.

Reactor Volume: 24 Liters

Working / Test / Design Pressure: 100 / 150 / 200 bar

Sensors: 6 pcs 0-160 bar pressure sensors, 24 pcs temperature probes located at different locations and depth, 1 pc mass flow meter calibrated for methane gas reading, dataloggers capable of displaying the data from sensors on graphic screen and logging.

Other: Reactor can be moved for easy transportation, rotated for easy modification, filling and maintenance. Fabricated by 316 grade stainless steel, all piping, fittings, valves are made of stainless steel and durable at working pressure.

High Pressure Methane Hydrate Test Unit

Reactor is designed to increase methane hydrate production speed by pumping methane gas at headspace of reactor trough water in order to mix water and methane gases continuously. Used for applications where sealing of system or product is very important. Device measures leakage of product or system under defined conditions by user, using different gases at different pressure and observing pressure difference by time. It can be manufactured as automatic of manual upon customer request.

Modified Fischer Assay Analyzer

A pyrolysis analyzer for oil shale ore designed to determine yield of shale oil, shale gas spent shale and pyrolysis water. Our equipment designed and manufactured to comply with ISO 647 or ASTM 3904 standards. Our device can collect noncondensing gas fraction to be sent to GC-MS analyzer for quantitative composition determination.

Capacity: 18 Samples / 10 hours
